Srinagar, Dec 20 : The Jammu and Kashmir government has announced the schedule for winter vacations for government degree colleges in the Union Territory.
The vacations will be observed as per the Government Order of 2024, dated December 20, a copy of which lies It states that all government degree colleges in the Kashmir Division will observe winter vacations from December 27, 2024, to February 14, 2025.
“Colleges in the Jammu Division falling under the winter zone will also remain closed during the same period, from December 27, 2024, to February 14, 2025,” the order reads.
It further states that colleges in the Jammu Division under the summer zone will have shorter vacations, from January 1, 2025, to January 10, 2025. This schedule applies to all government degree colleges across Jammu and Kashmir.
